Travelling through Queensland a fortnight ago I met up with John Dickfos from Jesanhai Farms. John’s farm is a family run business by himself, his wife and a few other family members. It was my first time meeting John and it was such a pleasure. He is the epitome of the down to earth Australian farmer, humble in his ways, working hard to do the best possible in growing the perfect ginger for Australian consumers. John and his wife have a ginger tea every day and assure me it is very good for your health.
