Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

Odeum Farms is committed to supplying safe fruit and vegetables of the highest quality to our customers while providing exceptional service. Our dedicated team has invested time and resources in finding and developing strong relationships and partnerships with top-quality growers to ensure we consistently deliver best quality to our customers.

All produce supplied by Odeum complies with a strict quality specification that has been designed and implemented according to our customers’ needs which ensures the consistency of product quality and value for money for consumers.

In order to ensure that standards are upheld or exceeded, Odeum has developed and implemented a number of internationally recognised food safety and quality assurance systems. These systems include a rigorous Approved Supplier Programme that is supported by comprehensive analytical testing audit programmes designed to guarantee the food safety of all produce that we farm and supply.

The Odeum Quality Assurance System incorporates and complies with both National and International recognised standards, such as:

HARPS – Harmonised Australian Retailer Produce Scheme. A harmonisation of multiple food safety systems for major retailers in Australia, including Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi.
SQF-2000 – Safe Quality Food. An internationally recognised standard by Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Odeum Farms maintains Level 3 certification for Comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Management System.

Sedex – (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), is an internationally recognised not for profit online system which allows suppliers to maintain data on environmental, social and governance (ESG) outcomes and allows them to share this information with their customers.
